Griezmann's boot was head height, no doubt about it. Now if you're claiming that it's not a red because it's accidental then that is an opinion of the law, but you simply can't argue that Firmino's posture contributes in any way.
In fairness, I often wonder about the legitimacy of overhead kicks because of the danger to nearby players, but I suppose it boils down to if you miss them it's ok but if you boot them in the side of the head it isn't.
