How many folk here have not ripped bosses and colleagues to bits in private? The difference is he's in the public eye. He should know better and should be escorted by lawyers for meetings like this but it seems he's a bit thick.
No chance. Itd be like taking an ex back that had been shagging around behind your back. The way he treated us at Pools by leaving at half time was a lack of respect to us aswell in my opinion.
Interesting....when the FA investigate this and Sam keeps his job then it will show the FA as the shambolic double standard cretins that we all know they are. If they sack him it will show Sam as the same greedy cretin that football in general these days seems full of. As for Davie 1973, would I have him back if he's found guilty then not a chance, we get nowt from the football authorities as it is, if we took their rejected tainted outcast as our manager we might as well pack up and go home. If he does go who on earth are the FA going to turn to at this late hour, a bit a da ja vue here when Sam left us in the lurch.
Its on twitter that Sam claims he was given permission to do dodgy deals by the F.A. to alleviate his Asthma
What a dick. He's waited his whole life for the England job then even before his first game he goes and does something ridiculously stupid like this. He deserves to be sacked.
And Hodgson. The bloke is remarkably bland. I don`t see how Sam can stay tbh. I wonder if the FA will take a month to make their minds up this time.
If he gets sacked, he'll expose the FA from top to bottom, he knows a lot by the looks of things, he might have a daft mouth on him but make no mistake about it, the FA will be ****ting themselves about what else is in that 'report'. There will be corruption from top to bottom in that organisation. Don't be surprised if this is cleaned up with an apology, he hasn't ripped into the players (it seems) he's just smeared his so called 'superiors', so it's not beyond comprehension that he'll get away with a slap on the wrist.
Greedy daft b****** but he was totally stitched up. At least he can say he had a 100% win record as England manager
I heard part of the recording on the radio and it doesn;t seem incriminating at all - but that was only a 1 minute snippet so I have no idea what's in the rest of it. On the face of it, he's not only shot himself in the foot, but also sawn his foot off and fed it to the sharks! But the telegraph has been known to stretch the truth in the past! I'll reserve judgement but, on the face of it, he's ****ed
How is it 'allowing corruption'? From what I can see, his advice on getting around third party ownership was to do it in other countries where it is allowed. The rest is just him chatting **** really, he'll have the same employment rights as anybody else in this country no doubt. He's been stupid, for sure, but I'm not convinced he'll be sacked, not yet.
Taking money to consult on how to get around rules. Illegal, probably not. Corrupt? I'd have said so.
