Classy! It would appear every club has a Mikey, he'll be a legend in his own home economics class today. And anyway I thought it was their boys who just got rolled over! Bah!
From Michael Bailey's column today - beard n' all http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...5198332?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=dlvr.it
In fairness Steipermann and Trybull joined late in the window and needed time to adjust. He also had to wait for Klose to recover from injury. Let's just hope it can continue from here. Bristol City and Boro may provide the answers.
Fair comment, but he still looks like the guy I saw outside Lidl drinking Buckfast hidden in a paper bag.
Just seen this - http://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/news...heffield-united-post-match-violence-1-5199076 Here is an excerpt - “In addition, we have written to the EFL to voice our strong concerns about incidents which took place during and after the match.” Somehow, I'm not 'holding my breath' on any punishment being handed out to #sufc
I see the police have corrected themselves after first saying two men arrested for violence and public order offences are actually NOT from Norwich, but from Sheffield!
I see Zimmermann made the EFL Team of the week - 'The Canaries were superb at the back all afternoon, with Zimmermann proving an absolute rock to help blunt the Blades at Bramall Lane' Where are those who doubted he could cut it in the Championship????
I just think that he needed a "solid" partner at the back and Klose's return has provided that. Certainly he partnered with Klose or Hanley is a much more solid foundation than partnered with Franke or Rusty !
That could be, or it may be that Zimmerman has thrived within the new formation with Tettey and Trybull in front of him. Klose was our lowest scoring defender last Saturday on Whoscored.
Yeah I'm sure the team not registering a single point with Rusty in the starting line up is purely coincidal. Other than the draw with Fulham where he scored an OG.
I think its a question of organisation & leadership when Martin plays the whole defence seems chaotic, he leads like he plays.
Compare that tweet and Wilder's reaction with Farke's, below. DF is a class act and knows how to focus on what's important. http://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwic...ct-jibes-after-sheffield-united-win-1-5199274
Farke's response (or lack of it) merely goes to show Wilder and his club to be sadder and more odious than we ever imagined. All credit to them for their recent home record but please, no toys out of the pram when it inevitably gets ended
So the reason why they lost was down to your coach driver not turning up on time! What a prize pillock! They have got a good track record in recruiting odious pricks as managers, just take Colin for instance!
An excerpt from Will Jennings' offering on MFW - “Timm Klose is back. Marco Stiepermann has been fast-tracked into the side in a makeshift left-back role, a position he has successfully appropriated as his own and taken to almost effortlessly at times. Stiepermann was superb at Bramall Lane this weekend, winning headers, making passes, and driving a City side that has lacked enterprise on so many occasions this season forward with purpose. But forget individuals. While the likes of Tom Trybull, James Maddison and the blossoming Yanic Wildschut were also terrific in frustrating Chris Wilder’s side, what Saturday more significantly represented was a collective sense of desire, hunger and commitment that culminated in City’s third consecutive clean sheet.” Read all about it - http://norwichcity.myfootballwriter...-and-pragmatism-but-still-a-work-in-progress/
Chris Goreham's take on Sheff Utd and it's pantomime villain! http://www.pinkun.com/norwich-city/...5198984?utm_medium=twitter&utm_source=dlvr.it
I think JM might have upset some SUFC fans!!!! Oddly enough, that's the number I've got on the back of my replica shirt!!!!
