Perhaps they were worried there'd be more on the concourse watching Hull on the telly than watching the match in the stadium
I'm of the opinion this might happen first v Burton. Folk away on hols, not a big pull. Can't be arsed to double check but we've never had a sub 10k crowd for a league game at the KC have we?
Bit harsh if any Bolton fans already booked trains etc, when folk whinge about those things normally when games are moved 6/7 weeks ahead I think , shouldn't book it so early when games get moved, but only talking 3 weeks here
Surely the RL final should be on the Friday night so the RL fans can attend the City game...Thereagain most of those who will be there only see one game of any sport a year, and that's the RL final when Hull make it.
Very strange decision, the only people it will benefit are Hull City membership holders that want to go to the final (not many I suspect). It's not going to increase the attendance, half those going to the final will have already left Hull, those that are left aren't going won't want to spend money on the eve of an expensive weekend so its highly unlikely they'd attend. Then there's the reduced away following, Bolton barely travel anyway but Friday night across the M62 is enough to put the rest off. Stupid decision all round.
I think changing fixtures to accommodate fans of other sports is a good thing I think I'll ask for the Birmingham home game to be moved to the evening, or ideally the Sunday, because there's a big poker game the night before / morning of it and it would give me, Askew and Fer Ark time to at least try to half sober up before we start again for the game! Poker v Rugby League? No contest
Actually they should move the Bolton game to the Sunday as I come back Sunday morning and will be able to attend for 3pm. Selfish ****ers.
I agree but I don't like going too early, cos then you're waiting for xmas as your next break. Tho I'm trying to squeeze a weekend away in late november. Ye I ****ed it up
