His big toe is worth more.

Couldn't see him wanting to go and play in the Belgian league. That would be a step down for his career.

If he keeps his head down and keeps working as hard as he has he'll be in the premier league within 12 months.

Out of contract in a year. Worth a punt on their part.

When he and Eze do go I’d like it to be abroad somewhere they’ll play at a good level and keep developing rather than sitting on Bournemouth’s bench.

And a great window for a move to a really big club. More so than moving to a bottom half Prem club.

Assuming he plays in the first team and dependent on who the manager is. Whatever a player's potential he needs to be nurtured and developed. Some managers and coaches can do that. Others do not have a clue. Compare the Adel under Warnock with the pale shadow of the player under Redknapp who was more concerned about obedience to his master tactics ie '11 men behind the ball away from home, let's not get humiliated' than he was about getting the most out of the talent at his disposal. A lot depends also on the personality of the player- not every British player has the mental resilience to adapt to a new country where not all his team mates and the majority of the fans speak English.
