I could see metths as s boxer. He's an angry runt. Obviously his music would be rebel yell, then bob the builder.
You’re actually mad if you think otherwise. I can’t stand Conor but he’s the biggest star in MMA and Khabib is regarded by many as the P4P number one right now. It’s gonna eclipse the Conor vs Nate 2 PPV buys.
Yeah definitely but Khabib also has a massive following in MMA, especially from Eastern Europe. Plus the whole undefeated record thing is what’s gonna bring in so many casual fans. As long as Khabib sticks to grappling, he wins the fight hands down and finishes Conor whenever he wants. If Conor gets in his head and tries forcing him to strike, it could end badly.
McGregor and Rousey were the UFC moneyspinners. Now it's just McGregor. Mac vs Kebab will be the biggest draw in UFC history for sure.
Silva v Sonnen Ortiz v Liddell Conor and Khabib might me the biggest in terms of generating revenue. but that's because UFC is way more popular now. At the time, them two fights I've put above were absolutely huge.
The Conor and Khabib fight should be decided in the first 20 seconds. If Khabab shoots in and takes him down, the writing is on the wall for Conor. Khabib will also be well aware of what happened to Aldo who tried that **** with Conor. If Conor catches him, it could well be over early as I suspect Khabib has got a weak chin after seeing Johnson rock him.
No mate, I’m guessing you might have done? If so, was it the right outcome or yet another Golden Boy bung?
I look forward to watching it when BT stick it on the standard channels at some point. EDIT: just seen the above lol.
Can't believe GGG has been robbed for the second successive time. First fight, it was close but he'd done enough to beat Canelo. A travesty that the judges scored it a draw. Second fight, it was more evenly matched and probably warranted a draw, but no way should Canelo have won that by majority decision. In both fights, Canelo has received the rub of the green from the judges. Shouldn't be too surprised that they have favoured Canelo on the eve on Mexican Independence Day... Plus, he's a younger fighter than GGG. Younger fighter doing better means more fights which = more money. As Golovkin is 37, they probably see him retiring shortly. They've no doubt factored in the long-term benefits financially of Canelo winning. But GGG is a legend of the game, shameful to screw him over like that. AGAIN. I'm hoping there's a third fight. Not in Las Vegas though. Unfortunately, Canelo holds all the cards now so if there is to be a third fight, it will most likely have to be on his terms.
That'll be playing on Khabib's mind, or at least should be, he didn't like taking them licks off of Johnson and Conor hits twice/ thrice as hard with better accuracy too. Everyone knows Conor is a quitter when the going gets tough though and Khabib is the master of making fights tough for his opponent, stick to his usual game plan and it should be a straight forward victory I reckon.
