No until we understand what's happened. The club is bigger than anyone. That said I am totally gutted!
I'm just as annoyed as everyone else but this won't help anything. It just means less support for our boys and that can only be a bad thing.
We don't want to be like Chelsea. We can show support for Nigel, but in the end we must want the new manager to succeed.
WHY??? If he does succeed, he'll be sacked. Do some fans have NO morals? If so, you are ****ing welcome to selling your souls.
No we don't. I'm not going to. If that makes me a crap fan in anyones eyes, I don't give a single ****.
NO ....we are at the stadium to support the players ! ..we need points and staying away is going to change what ? ..anyway he hasnt been here long enough so monday night will be adkins team ,
But the club doesn't love you. It thinks you are a mug, a mug that pours money into it regardless of what it does or how it acts. Cortese is laughing at you.
Each to their own. I'd rather stand up to my morals. The amount of money us fans put into the club to support them. Cortese knows how much Adkins was loved by the fans and has shown no respect to Adkins or any of us. I don't agree one bit with this decision and the only way the Cortese will realise he has made a mistake is if the money stops coming in from Fans going to matches. Just standing up for my opinion
its called supporting a football club ...nothing to do with southampton , crazy decisions , lack of loyalty happens throughout every team in every league . .... and at the end of the day I hate the decision too just as much as you , but our chairman will never base a decision on what we want
He will if he stops getting the money from you buying your ticket. Just letting the club walk all over you. You said you hate the decision yet you don't do anything about it, I want to support the football club as much as any Saints fan but not at the expense of allowing the club to walk all over me and show the fans no respect
My vote shouldn't really count as I wasn't going anyway, but the best response to this decision would be for 32,000 people to be at St. Mary's with ALL of them (I'm sure the Everton fans will join in!) singing "One Nigel Adkins" at the tops of their voices. Then get on and support the TEAM.
How does this affect Cortese? He still gets the money from the tickets he's not going to care if we're singing One Nigel Adkins as long as we're at the match
