Sounds to me he was a Billy Big Bollocks thought he was above his menials. Nige was obviously not impressed with his behaviour.

I get, that he is trying to create the right infrastructure within the club, makes perfect sense (if it's right) but he is struggling to balance that with what goes on, on the pitch....which says to me that his coaching staff are failing....Quite often the setup, tactics, style and formations lead to inconsistent results...it's his job to get the coaching we have, sorted and fast.. We can not afford to be relegated as the infrastructure that's being setup will fall to pieces along with everything else which will become downgraded. I like what he's trying to do, but as Ashton says, he will be judged on results..
Having read the article and "worked out what he is trying to do" it makes one wonder as 1for sys thec oaching staff is not up to standard. When he signed up after the 13 weeks trial!! he stated he wanted to bring in his own coaching staff.... he was told sorry you work with what we have [ 2 England quality coach's that had won things and worked well together ] he would have none of it and worked around it with the old mates scenario .. a defender who had achieved nothing as a coach and our results reflect this we are a sieve!!! how many coach's does a team need 3? Attack, defence "head coach" [or MANAGER /midfield? A LINK UP PERSON?!] well who does the attack seems OK THE REST ...... uuuuuuuuuuum!
