if you offered me that before the game I would of took it, as I had predicted

battling performance but at what cost

The injuries seem to be as a result of a battle with competence on the training ground. There was no injury due to a battle on the pitch.

**** knows what Bruce is doing. In fact, I don't think even **** knows.

 

It's astonishing to think we now look back at Pardew's "front foot" with a sense of nostalgia and longing.

I supported Pardew as manager and think it's been a slow burning disaster since he left us. The fans hounded out Carr, combined with Pardew they signed some of the most exciting players we have had at this club. Now, we sign players like Joelinton for over the top odds, and hope that we can pick up a few cheap gems to do the business.

I look at the top 5 season with Pardew and it's still the best Newcastle have ever played in my entire time of following the football club. The following season we stayed up and the season after that we looked strong again.

Over the past four years, our best players have been only central defenders, I won't even list all the useless ****e we have signed in that time who continue to warm our bench. I'd rather play with 8 men than some of the players we have.

EDIT: Just for some context, I'm only 23, so my entire time of being an intelligent human who can watch sport has been mostly Newcastle being utter ****e,

 

The last 4 years we've had the best defense Ive ever seen my entire life .
