[QUOTE="Onionman, post: 14151941, member: 1019684" Last year we were stuffed 3-0. This year we'll return the favour and I'll end up doing 36 threads on the bounce. 0-3.......what a f...... triumph!
Good to see you back Vin. Just to confirm things are still the same on here. You will be tempted to click into the transfer rumour thread as there are loads of new posts, only to find pages of puns.
Weather watch: Saturday's weather in Burnleh currently showing sunny spells with a gentle breeze. Plenty of time for that to turn to heavy rain and gale force winds yet though.
I wonder when we last won at Turf Moor? I made the mistake of going 5/6 years ago. My boss then was a Burnley fan and droveus up there, absolutely bloody freezing, we missed a pen and lost 1-0. A very long trip back with a smug git. Thats one ground I'm never going back to. 2-0 Burnley I reckon
No point worrying about a high press at Turf Moor....hooooof! Edge of box defending and counter attack please Ralph

Oh dear, a trip to dark and dingy Turf Moor is a dreadful thing to force on any team, but it has to be done. That is until the horrid bunch of cloggers get relegated. We really haven't looked up for much of a fight these past couple of weeks but a that can change pretty quickly. Danny boy has carried on where he left off last season, so all is not lost. Ralph will have put a rocket up a few bums and hopefully reset his tactical brain to something approaching sensible. We definitely need to be out of the drop zone in case the season gets suspended again. I might be completely nuts but I have a feeling we will win this and we will see the return of 'Ralph's Raiders'.
Hope he gets well soon, but that's great news if he's out for the game. I never have any idea what to expect when we play Burnley. We could be in the form of our lives and lose. So hopefully because we are out of form, it will finally click
We know how Burnley will play, so Ralph should know how to set up the defence this week. There will be opportunities for us to get on the scoresheet from the breakaway. Not overly positive, however, as the midfield could easily get overrun.
