Problem with keits is, when he plays he has a 77% win percentage. So when he is fit and available he was part of a successful team and played his part. Just such a shame as in that lcm position was ideal
Why do they have to do that vile blurry window thing? It's almost unwatchable. As for MSF, I don't expect to see the likes of that trio at our club again. Such a devastating combination.
Well you might say that but i'm sure i've heard it before. Rush and dalglish Aldridge, barnes, beardsely Folwer, mcmanaman. Owen, heskey etc Gerrard, torres, Suarez, sturrdige, sterling. We got a great run out of mane, salah and firmino. I'm sure frimino made some of them look better than they actually are. (I've always been harsh on mane's finishing for example) We have a new set now who have their own attributes, they are not the same types of players so its how they work together that will define if they are considered legendary. (They need to win some stuff as well)
we were told we'd never see a player like.... say gerrard again. but after 2015 depression we won the CL, League, blah blah blah. There's always another player, its about club ambition not players IMO
I didn't say we won't see great players again, I said I don't expect to see the likes of that trio again. There's a certain amount of serendipity about combinations that can't be easily replicated just by buying great players. They way they worked together meant that as a unit they were greater than the sum of their parts. If we manage to prove me wrong I'll be happy.
absolutely. that's what Chelsea are getting totally wrong right now. it's the combinations and team that matter not the the stars. hence man city (like it or not) taking 3 months to get their new system right and making arsenal look good as a result. the second that 3241 formation was bedded down and producing the results sky rocketed.
