I hadn't realised he's been in a few films, he was in one of the pirates of the Caribbean

Fantastic little cameo yesterday from the 'full 90 minutes' video.

On 49mins Hume plays a crossfield ball to Ba that sets up a goal chance for Neil.

On 50mins Styles drops an equally good long pass into Aouchiche who's fractionally 'offside' in a great position.

That was two chances created from defence and there were quite a few ...

... the only disappointment was that we only scored two, Mundle had the best of them right at the end.

Ballard and O'Nien also gave some good balls, we just seemed a lot more pro-active

Funny to see the Cardiff fans screaming about our penalty ...

... then screaming for one when Ballard clearly got the ball and nothing but the ball <laugh>

    Best game so far imo.

Defended well enough and played some good forward passes. The best aspect was how he was defending in their half, worked really hard and supported Ba.

Hume worked well with Aouchiche, it's good to see partnerships developing ...

... O'Nien and Ballard is a fixture imo.

    <laugh> <laugh> <laugh>

And now an insightful appraisal from the Cardiff side ...

... for fans of stats it confirms Jobe performed the longest knee slide in the Championship this season <laugh>

Jobe was very good. Really, really good. He's had a few very good performances this year and some important goals. Some absolute stinkers too...which, granted, is to be expected given his age.

I still don't think he's a striker, but wherever he ends up he's a great talent, gonna have a very good career. I'd still, personally, take a good offer this close season if we get one, but I completely acknowledge the argument that's a risk and could be leaving money on the table if his development continues.

Really interesting time ahead to see what the club values him at. No lose really. Either we take a big chunk of change or we keep a really good player. We've had worse problems!

Any deal, at this stage, would need to have massive sell on clauses.

Plus, importantly, it looks like Jobe is really enjoying playing and being here.

At first I thought it was a soft penalty but have watched it back a few times now and it is not about the push in the back as was suggested in commentary but if you look at their feet the defender clips Jobe's heels just as he is going across in front which is what I think thr ref has seen

The way the two defenders panic and pile in makes it easy for the ref tbf ...

... it's most likely we'd have won anyway.

Having said that if it was a penalty against us, in a cup final, we'd go ballistic <laugh>
