At least Warnock was what he appeared to be. Abrasive and brash... Parker is a slimeball whiner... Bloody good goal by Onama but we were too petrified to touch him given your lots penchant for dropping like flies in the box.
In fairness Pack was turned too easily and then got the wrong side. Can't remember when but he's done that before.
How the hell does Cairney get a free kick for that when Glatzel's gets waived away? Practically identical.
Can't see us coming back from this. Deserved win by Fulham but aided and abbeted by the officials there for the 2nd...
That was not a free kick but how bad has this been after a promising start? No shape. No pace. Looks like we were just happy to be in the play offs.
Completely outclassed 2nd half. Needed to take those early chances. At least the new season starts soon.
Had no doubt Fulham wouldn’t lose and we might have nicked a draw but the last 75 minutes were just woeful. Not often I say this but was disappointed with a lot of the players tonight; looked disinterested and showed a complete lack of fight. Fulham miles ahead in terms of quality but c’mon City show some knackers.
I don't think we can make it from here either. That said, two months ago I didn't think we'd make the play offs. Mustn't give up and try and surprise them at theirs.
Big mistake to play Pack in a game where we’re not likely to have much of the ball. But having said that Fulham looked miles better than us in that 2nd half.
The most disjointed and outclassed City have been since they lost 6-1 at QPR. Mind you am still angry at that free kick to kill the tie. Our problems with refs continue. It’s not going to be enjoyable watching Fulham take the mick on Thursday.
It's going to be tough to turnaround now. Not much in it in the first half, Cardiff perhaps just edging it, The second half was Fulham at their free-flowing best, and to be fair, I doubt even Leeds, or any other Championship side would have lived with them on that showing, so sharp and great movement.
Quite easy though to play against such a pedestrian and statuesque defence when your midfield just allows the opposition to advance up the pitch. Harris has done wonders to get this average squad into the play offs but tonight he got it wrong with Pack. Too many City players had bad nights with every Fulham player (even Rheam) better than their counterpart. 1-0 would have been too much to overcome as it is but that terrible refereeing decision absolutely killed the tie.
We go again soon. Harris is doing a great job. If we can just get a striker in a right back so Bacuna can go back in midfield and we wont be far off.
