Championship & Premiership - Level playing field

Championship - so farking competitive, thanks to the level playing field, shrewd management, grit & grind.
Only in Championship anyone could get promoted. Out of 24 teams 18 teams will have serious chance to get promoted next season. That has been the case for so long. Bristol City / Blackburn rovers if they survive this season can seriously mount a playoff challenge next season. I am not a fan of playoffs - that is a different story altogether.

Gone are the days when,
Premier league used to be like La Liga .. err. more like Bundes Liga with One team league for so long.
Alex out bought everyone & everything for so longgggg...
None of the teams except Manu - had any money, consistency.
Most if not all managed by Dinosaurs for so longgg.


Premier league is fast becoming like Championship.
With top top managers & crazy tough squads.
Anyone could win the title, especially when Spuds are mounting a title challenge & Leicester winning last season.
Won't be surprised if 7 or 8 teams go for title next season.

It may well be more competitive in the PL now but it's also a lot more boring, we lack real stars in the PL players who are creative or skillful the teams are very defensive and system based and the top teams lack the talent to unlock defences.

 

I think all pitches have to be level these days but I'm pretty sure one of them has a slope. Just cant remember which and not sure we needed a prize **** making a thread about it

 

Only about 3 to 4 teams that can realistic win the PL in any given year.

wtf?? I said last season was very competitive. Predicted, Last season winner might have lowest total points tally.
I was correct, Leicester were just better than the worst champion ever Manu's points total.
