Bloody hell had no idea he’d suffered cardiac arrest. Thankfully sounds like he’s on the mend anyway, well as much as can be expected.
It's not nice that it happened to him, but he is spot on reading how the fact his colleagues were taught cpr has saved his life will hopefully inspire more work places etc to provide it. It is essential to do the hearts job for it in those minutes after.
Good luck to him . He did his job last year for us. Hopefully he'll be okay from now on, and let's hope he signed a decent long term deal at Wigan. He'll get his cash to help him recover and work out what to do with his young life and Wigan will be insured anyway. Get well soon Charlie Lad.
I don't know if EFL rules mean the defibrillator implant will stop Charlie making a comeback. Anybody know or heard anything about this?
