Footballers with some half decent ability would be a start! This individual has hardly played any football for his parent club, and was not pulling up any trees on his previous loan So, we now know that Green was not a signing by RD. As mentioned before, what a waste by the new owners. They have missed a big chance to impress the fans; only way is down.
Exactly, if the new mob were to bring in somebody like this then I'll be a bit upset. This is a Dushitelet signing. I'm surprised this was sanctioned.
I believe the only poster who has seen Green play is Dick, who reckons he's decent. The impending takeover has gone to a few heads.
Its legitimate to ask why Preston have ended his loan. I would call it a decent loan, not an ambitious signing.
Looks like Taylor & Bonne will be our for 3 weeks each minimum - leaving us just over a week to sign some strikers. The new owners have a lot of goodwill behind them, but given what the fans have been through this last six years, no more Joe Ledley or even Josh Parker - type signings, please. Let’s see the colour of your money in the transfer window, because without it we are clearly going to be relegated.
Evening Standard says that we are keeping Gallagher and Cullen till end of season,, https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/fo...r-league-comeback-matt-southall-a4325741.html
Your comment does not make sense? Just because T & B are out for 3 weeks, does not mean we have only a week; do we not have until the end of the window? Apologies if l have misunderstood....
We will need new strikers in the building by the time of the next league game on 11 Jan. Unless we play young Davison up front on his own v West Brom.
A most definite NO THANKS even if he is on a free loan........!!!!! He should stay in Newcastle where they are easily pleased and have very little knowledge on what is defined by the words 'good footballer' apart from Shelvey.......!!!
