Transfer Rumours Chelsea to raid Leicester once more

Rumours rife here that Chelsea plan to sign Leicester midfielder. Agent staying at Chelsea harbour condo next to Conte.

 

Seems to be getting stronger but i just can't see it myself. As it stands we've got Hazard, Willian, Cuadrado, Moses and Pedro. Is there really any room for Mahrez? He'd be up against Willian for the right wing and he'd be the last player i'd be looking at replacing. We need defenders!

 

True but healthy competition for places is what brings success.

 

Mmmm. Id ratger have willian on that wing, we dont know what mahrez will turn up next season and he's not as good defensivley as willian.

Plus willian is probably the best all round player we have. I dont want to see him shafted after what he did for us last year.

 

Willian is one of the few who has a right to start every game, the best in his position in the premiership.

 

Yeah this makes no sense.
To me, our back 4 is where Conte should be looking for personnel, yet every time a Chelsea rumour comes out, its about a striker or a midfielder!!
Our back 4 has been getting stale, an ageing JT (who in fairness can still perform), Cahill who is very inconsistent, then Dave and Ivan who are being played out of position (plus Ivan isnt the player he once was IMO),
Yeah we Zouma who can come in, and couple of other fringe players, but I was hoping for a quality defensive signing this summer.
All I hear about is Mahrez and frickin' Lukaku!!
We do not need any more midfielders or strikers!

Leicester have pretty vocally stated he is staying and apparently no buy out clause so can't see this at all.

 

Agree with all of you. will be a meaningless signing.
Need Defensive reinforcements.
