    A definite rumour links PAFC with striker Eoin Doyle of Preston NE, previously of Chesterfield, Cardiff and our good friends Portsmouth.

    PS Chairman of Preston is........ Peter Ridsdale.

    More than a rumour this one and it is now dependant on the player agreeing. I hope Argyle look at the small print though if Risdale is involved.
