I haven't thought about it much as I said, but the most vulnerable in my immediate family are my parents. My main concern around any of us getting it has always been the potential threat of it being passed on to my parents. If they were immune to it, it would be reassuring. And from what I've heard, the vaccines % success rate is higher with the elderly.

 

Chaos going to Turkey for an operation. ****ing priceless... and a 16 hour flight home were you on an air ship?

 

Getting you now. My Mum and Dad visited me this morning. I'm a bit worried, neither look good, but my Dad is ****ed. At least he got to talk to his his great grand daughter via video, and gave him a chuckle.

I get the feeling neither will ever meet her.

 

Bloody hell mate don't say that. These vaccines may mean the situation will improve sooner than we think and they'll get to spend more time with the little ones.

 

Nah mate...Like i've hinted at many a time, covid is a killer, but maybe not the mass killer it's made out to be.

Either my mum or dad gets it, it's game over. but that's down to ill health combined.

Must admit, my dad looked ****ed today, asleep after 5 minutes (mind it is like a sauna in here), but i'm preparing.

I'm fairly easy with death, just hope it's not for a while. But a case of covid,. But they can't stay at home 24hrs a day. It's a gamble
