Bloke is different gravy, getting back to near his fittest now and showing his class. Imperative he stays fit till the end of the season
Home at last....that was amazing. We didn't deserve that...but the 15 minute steward emergency as they equalised did us more favours than them. They were all over us before they equalised, they never achieved the same intensity afterwards... But Willock, Field and Marshall were outstanding. The rest of the defence worked their socks off...but we missed Johanssen today, with a level of coolness. Dykes was non existent I am afraid, Gray was the outlet in the first 60 minutes, and should have scored two. Wallace too missed a sitter. Dozzell struggled against the Coventry midfield but kept at it, but was a little ineffectual Thomas came on and did well against his old club. Kane is really pivotal for Coventry I must say, he so wanted to win. My lasting memory is Barbet, coming over at the end...As he left he kept looking back and twice stopped just to look at the fans. And Uncle Albert dancing Edit..the only bad thing was the two idiots who lit flares when we scored the 2nd. One right next to me.. guy in front of me, knocked it out of his hand ..it went to the floor and was trampled on. The other was held aloft.. No there were no stewards anywhere near us all match
Watched it on a stream and thought much the same as i always do when we start with 2 up top. We dont retain possession aswell. We seemed out played for quite a bit of the match but its points that matter. Well done the travelling fans. Will take 3 points all day long
Fair comment as far as results go, but we don't play as well with two up. Still, who cares if we're winning?
He seems like a fair and rounded oppo supporter, good work sir. I’ve just been trying to work out what date we will have won the league, April seems to be a pig of a month, if we are four points clear by it’s end, I reckon we’ll have a chance
