Only problem was I stumbled in the ice and snow and f****d my right wrist while sauntering around Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the fourth day. The results I shall leave to your imagination!

Tried the odd impersonation of Phil Mickelsen however it wisnae the same. Had to pop into a Turkish barber shop for a shave when I returned to Munich. Even brushing my gnashers and the completion of other toilet based activities were not much fun!

Reminds me of the 'old' days (pre television and technology) in the bookies where the punters would stand, glassy eyed during the race, staring at the list of runners on the 'board' on which the 'marker' would update the available price on a particular runner.
