They still then ignored the announcement though. ****ing set of ****s. Deserve a good ****ing kicking. My nomination for ****(s) of the Month easily (Wherever the **** it is) Good job we won really.
It often happens though, they blow once to signal the start and again to signal the end. It was announced there would be the last post and then a minutes silence, people just didn't listen.
To be fair to the vast majority of Boro supporters they did their best to shut them up and will have been as annoyed as we were.
A minority of Boro fans making a racket, some of them with good intentions but making it worse tried shushing them. The announcer clearly said ' Ode of Remembrance, the Last Post then a minute's silence'. To be fair, the ref shouldn't have blew his whistle after the Last Post as it confused some people.
Sadly, although with best intentions the ref blowing his whistle 15 seconds after the last post finished caused confusion around the ground, even the players thought that was it, but your right when the anouncer said the minutes silence would begin then everyone should have paid their respects accordingly, but why is it we always get banging from the concourse during these silent periods, the club needs to have a word.
Not just the KC that messed things up today... http://oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/250080/minutes-silence
I noticed/heard the cash tills didnt stop ringing in the concourse during the minutes silence double standards A piece of tin sheeting separating the concourse from the field isnt going to stop noise is it
That wasn't concourse noise at the KC. That was a section of YOUR fans behaving wholly inappropriately during a minutes silence.
Your wrong, the noise was from the concourse, including the tills (i was in N2) Boro fans YES, but fans who thought the minutes silence was over when the ref blew his whistle after the first silence The first silence was observed. Difficult to hear the tannoy instruction from the concourse
Wait, you're trying to defend those who continued? Despite Boro fans telling them to shut up? And the rest of the stadium silent? I was in N4, and the noise was not coming from behind. It was coming from my left. You're a bit late by the way, is the internet slow up there?
**** me that was a week ago, have you just got home? Did you walk? Your knuckles must be ****ed dragging them all that way. Are you on another Jarrow March? Stop been dosile ****.
