    I like there to be a heavy bean to sauce ratio. Greasy spoon cafes always have cheap beans with lots of thin watery sauce and not enough beans. Too much bean juice can result in seepage onto other breakfast elements thus ruining them imho. Old people like to mop it up with their bread or toast but then again they also slurp tea from the saucer which is just as vile.

    Heinz all day for this 57 variety citizen.
