Probably, as they all claim to cure what ails us, which is the same in all countries.

I would be surprised if its a simple as opting out and going private, private care is so interlinked with the public sector that in practice it is a parasitic relationship at best . Yes, the whole thing does need re-organising, health and care systems should be united under one banner, the NHS.

Julian Knight has been suspended as a Conservative MP after a complaint was made to the Metropolitan Police and is now under investigation.

Mr Knight, who has been an MP since 2015, chairs the culture committee in the House of Commons.

He represents the Solihull constituency in the West Midlands, but will now sit as an independent.

A spokeswoman for Chief Whip Simon Hart said: "Following a complaint made to the Metropolitan Police this evening, we have removed the whip from Julian Knight MP with immediate effect."

    Elucidate eh?

I don't know it all, but I do know I won't learn any more if I just take everything as gospel at the first headline.

It'll be interesting to see if the inevitable Labour suspensions are highlighted with such gusto once they're back in government.

I'll continue to do both, because obviously I'm a tory bot.
