I've got no issue with people having their historic social media posts dragged up. If you post it, you need to be to stand behind it. You are responsible for what you write. Absolutely not should people be banned on that basis years and years later, unless its clear they haven't changed those views. We are allowed to change and grow as a person. Clearly its better if these things are dealt with at the time. I'm glad some commentators have spoken out because the "I'm constantly offended" brigade do need dealt with sooner or later. Its getting completely out of hand.

Robinson apologised and said he was ashamed of the comments. I'm glad he's seen how wrong it is to use certain language regardless of intent. We should all be trying to get better and be better. For me that's the end of the issue. Same for the others.

Michael Carberry is just a disgrace also. To suggest that you don't believe he has the capacity to change, is a rocky road full of division and adversarial stances. Lets just say I'm not surprised with Carberry. He had a tough time accepting the selectors felt he wasn't quite good enough for international cricket and insinuated that was due to his skin colour.
