    He's at a great club and back in the England squad. If he keeps his mouth shut and says nothing, he looks like he won. Fernando Llorente was offered a worse deal by us than Napoli. He knows the score and left with class and dignity.

    The fact that he needs to go down this path is probably a fair pointer as to why he was sold. You had a bad season and the manager doesn't love you any more. It's happened to better players than you, move on.

    Think the only thing he’s disappointed in is that neither Poch or Levy spoke to him about his future/ gave a definitive answer. He fully knows he was gash last season.

    To be fair to him, he’s probably right so far by saying we got rid too early and that he just needed a break because KWP and Dave have been shocking so far <laugh>
