And they say they don't care about City. Sunderland board eagerly anticipating who they're next round opponents were (below)
You've beaten us twice this season, it's true. So you must be better than us, correct? We've beaten Everton, Man Utd, Man City and Chelsea this season. So by your no doubt consistent logic we are better then those teams, you're not right of course but it's sweet of you to say. Look, I don't think we're all that great that's why we're in the relegation zone. I just think Hull are pretty crap.
You're the only one claiming that we think we're ****in amazing. We're happy to be in the position we're in at the minute.
We've beaten Liverpool, drawn with Spurs twice (if we're counting cups which you seem to be), and beaten your lot twice. We have more points on the table, and that's what matters.
I thought it was pretty funny personally, there's always the chance he isn't a City fan, just went along with a mate and did it for a laugh. Lighten up, I'm sure our reputation will recover!
Our performance last night seemed flat and we seemed to be passing the ball from one side to the other. Until we scored it was depressing. Nice of Curtis Davies to applaud the fans when the rest of the players were nearly in the changing room. Took ages to get to the ground even when I was in the car about 100 yards away. We had to drive away from the ground and eventually I got out and walked. Didn't get out of the car park until after 11.00. Brighton fans seemed a friendly bunch. I've just watched the match on BT Sport and it looks completely different. Sagbo hits bar 27’ Ulloa scores 30’ Davies heads against bar 32’ Ulloa heads wide in first half injury time Sagbo scores 85' Koren shot over bar and Meyler has header headed off the line in second half injury time We had a lot more chances and our play seemed better on TV. Time to do a bit of dog sitting for my step daughter.
Of course we looked better on TV. I've never understood why anyone would think they get a good overall impression of a game of football when watching from one end of the field. The only way to judge what's happening during a game is to view it from high up, over the halfway line, flask in hand. (Or via a TV screen/PC monitor)
I tried to get the best of both worlds by watching the match on my large display phone but the signal stopped as I got near the ground.
A shocking game of Cup football for the most part. Played with a tempo of a pre-season friendly and only got going in the last 10 mins or so. One goal - 2 woodworks and a cleared off the line were the only good points. But Hull City live to fight another day, that day being monday 24th. Bring it on and the cup side get another game before Sunderland hopefully.
let me remind you of the stats this season.. 3 red cards 3 goals 6 points erm, which category applies to YOUR club?
