If thats the case then surely when you have a free kick on the edge of the box you stick two players in front of the goalie and completely block his view, then step aside when the ball flies by??
I didn't say what is right or wrong only stated the facts. If that was a goal against us I think most of us would be pissed off. As for this game I don't really care who wins except routing for the underdog.
So is this where everyone pretends that wasn't a dive because it was Rooney? If that was a foreign player they'd be all over that slagging them off, but the commentators are actually sticking up for him.
Shocked at what I've just watched, how can anyone defend that, if that was a foreign footballer they wouldn't even have tried to defend it.
I had virtually no respect left for Woy before, I certainly have ****ing none now. Arsehole fell out. Embarrassing. Disgrace.
I understand Roy defending Rooney because managers should never slate there players in public. But Phil Neville is obviously pissed up. Rooney jumped over the keeper and then chucked himself to the ground.
I'm sorry, but why? Rooney clearly did an incredibly ****ish thing, are you suggesting that Woy should just ignore that? **** off with that idea. If the players are going to listen to anyone, it will be the person who picks them. He's probably a great bloke, i'm certain of that, but when it comes to England he just can't crack it.
Lineker's & Killer's reaction to Hodgson's & Neville's comments were spot on. I'm glad they just laughed at them. FFS! You cringe whenever Roy gets interviewed, but who let him become a bleedin' pundit.
Kin ell you're all agreeing with me about Rooney after that? I didn't like him before it was cool to moan about him!
Neither did I. I think it was you and me who were the only ones who wouldn't have him in our starting XI for England.
