Wouldn't know how to post something being technically disliterate , but hands down for me is Tim Conway and Harvey Corman on the " Carol Burnette Show , I think in the 60's , where Conway is a dentist and Corman is getting worked on and Conway keeps accidentally sticking the numbing needle in to different parts of his own body as the dentist . Funniest thing ever .
Have to partly disagree with you, there, Tel. I found them very hit and miss. Some of the stuff, I found poor-to-middling, but a small part was sheer genius. C of E Productions, The Vicars, The Bishop, the Sheep episode, the dead parrot sketch, the Magic Mouse Organ sketch, Hell's Grannies, among others... superb stuff. It was the same for me with Spike Milligan. When he was funny, he could reduce me to tears of laughter!
I hate to do this, but (technically) that is a "scene from a movie." What Pixie has asked for are sketches. The Two Ronnies "Four Candles" sketch is a good example. The Chuckle Brothers "Moving A Sheet of Glass" is another one. Anything by Ant and Dec might suffice. Not my taste, but it's the kind of thing that the majority of the punters on this board probably will like.
The stuff I've watched like Holy Grail, Life of Brian amongst other guff, reduced me to tears too, just not the laughter ones. I can imagine it's the sort of thing they'd play in Dignitas in the common room.
