Did you get around to watching it?

Finished it last night! Still not sure what I think of it! Bit mad to say the least.

Ah not yet mate. I barely get any time to watch a film. Will have to watch it in stages.

Funny you say that I watched it over 2 days, but the film is split in to 3 parts.

It's an easy watch mate. Light hearted teenage stuff like getting served at the garage etc. All good fun.

I remember it well, I've no idea why anyone served me because when I was 15 I looked 12 but with enough perseverance we got drunk.

The thing for me is that "getting served" was class and then we disappeared to drink our 20/20 or bottle of bombers and we kept ourselves a very low profile..... And we didn't want any drama.

Semmt like the opposite now unfortunately

Me and a few mates gave Vanilla Sky a look when it first came out, I remember it was turned off after about half and hour and deemed "****e" by a group of 17 year olds. Now I'm older, taste in film has changed and I decided to put it on again last night, 22 years later.... What a film.

Just watched The Whale. Mixed reviews online but worth a watch imo. Bleak subject matter but brilliantly acted!

Never would have thought he would be an Oscar winning actor but fair play to him. Will have to give this one a watch I think.

I was mixed on it. Still not sure if I liked it or hated it! It may be my ignorance but I felt it was testing to be too clever without giving much clue to wtf was going on.

I wasn't a fan, funny at times but a bit of a mess in general. I think that was intentional for the most part but that didn't make me enjoy it any more.

Agree with all of this. Funny at times with some ok fight scenes but overall didn't make any sense and although loads happened nothing happened at the same time!

Yeah I like the company that produced/distributed it (A24) whichever it is because they pick films on the weird side which suits me, I've liked a lot from them. Everything Everywhere was weird in a way that didn't click with me despite some genuine laughs.
