Another epic night of football awaits at the Camp Nou tonight. Barca have their pick of a fully fit squad, sadly, so do we.

It will either be a nerve racking 1 - 2 to us or 4 - 0 to Barca. I have decent money on us winning 1 - 2.

I'm not sure a new thread was necessary <laugh>

If we score first in the 90th minute..... we might JUST stand a chance.

    reality check
hope we don't lose at Everton .. it will make it 5 out of 7 !!! embarrassing run of defeats
will be biggest test for OLE if he can turn it around
as said before, Pochettino was preferred choice and hope am wrong

It already is five out of seven?

Waiting till the end of the season to give Ole the job was the most obvious thing anyone could have done. No brainer, absolutely no need whatsoever to announce it before then.

And guess what, United ****ed that up. I mean, who'd have thought they'd do that, eh?
Not Ed, no way. He gets everything right.

Our squad in key positions simply isn't good enough. The whole back four (except Shaw imo) needs an overhaul.

Midfield without a decent creative midfielder needs addressing.

The rest we can manage with for next season imo.

We need to get rid of Pogba, Sanchez and, possibly Lukaku. These players are on obscene money and do absolutely nothing to justify it.

Then flat out refuse to give De Gea similar. If he leaves as a result, so be it.

We can then employ players on more 'reasonble' wages while not pissing those off who do actually work on the pitch.

The whole squad needs an overhaul.

Who was it that tried a Cruyff and lost the ball for the first goal? Funniest thing I've seen all season and this from a Toon fan <laugh>

I watched the last 30 mins of the Ajax game and it goes to show what you can do with simply good players rather than big name bollox.

The likes of Rashford, Lingard, Dalot, McTominay, Martial are good enough and have that mentality. There are a couple who are borderline like Fred and Shaw. The rest are either past it or just "names" who aren't performing.

This is assuming Herrera is leaving.

I reckon if he knew we were getting rid of Pogba and Sanchez, Herrera would stay.

He's no doubt as offended by the rest of us by the money they get for doing nothing, while United quibble over his new contract.

I know this is all bantz mate, but you have no idea why I was off the forum for that period. As long as you can appreciate that we can do the whole missing in action gags as we do.

I thought the PSG deal was done although I've never checked. If he stays that is a massive bonus.

Pogba can be got rid of. Sanchez I can't see it with those wages. Another great decision by Woody there.
