Prediction League First game predictor.

Well, that's it as far as we are concerned and here is the new EFL championship table in alphabetical order. We say goodbye to Burnley (might do ok), Blades (struggle) and Luton (see you in 24/25) and welcome back Southampton (top 8), Leicester (top 4) and the incredibly, unbelievably and universally acknowledged (only by them.and sports journos) MASSIVE Leeds with their massive fan base, massive history and massively overhyped as evidenced by their relegation!

We welcome Plymouth (thanks for Buzsáky), Wednesday (thanks for the promotion memory) and Ipswich (thanks for nothing).

We kick off on the weekend of 4/5th of August and the fixtures are released on Thursday (Defoe Day) 22nd June at 09:00 hrs.

Therefore, its time to be play the highly anticipated and internationallly acclaimed First Game Predictor!

The rules are simple. Pick a team and state whether you think it will be a home or away fixture. Duplicates are fine as the earliest time stamped correct answer wins.

There's a Brucie Bonus this year. If you guess correctly and it is the Friday night game, you win......drumroll......kudos but nothing else.

In the unlikely event that I win, I will make up a rule that will produce another winner.

Happy to buy the winner a beer or a hot drink at some point at a home game we're both at though the last two winners were unable to claim their prize by dint of geography and availability.

I haven't and I'll probably not go there for my summer holidays now. I have family in Torquay I'm sure when we play Plymouth they'd be happy to put us all up, unfortunately my brother in law is a Brentford fan and I couldn't put up with his gloating all weekend.
