    Your preferred outlet?

I tend to mix and match really, just depends which is the closest at the time.

Must admit Markies is by far and away the best and they do a lovely line in exotic sauces and condiments.

There ain't a Lidl's or Aldi's near me but they are really good and great value.

Must admit though that Costco takes some beating especially if you are bulk buying one or two items.

Supermarkets are a necessary evil so I use them only for basics. Use my local shops and farmers markets as much as poss.

Lidl and Aldi are for lower class people so I avoid them. You never know what you might catch.

Depends entirely which route am travelling. I go to whichever one is en route to where am going or coming home from.

Seems to be Tesco or Asda more than the others, though.

I quite often go a couple of days without eating and just drink water, clean the system out.

    I'll never be overweight.

Fasting regularly is good for you.

Not sure where I get my food from, the staff takes care of that, I do know it gets delivered to the East Wing of the estate though.

Intermittent fasting is supposed to be beneficial true enough but I could never do it.

We do most of our shops in Tesco because there's little other choice - although some local meat is great quality. M&S is convenient and nice - but the fact they stock so much organic ****e puts me off - I don't want bugs ****ting all over my tomatoes, nuke the little ****ers.
