Agree with all of them mate, but would have to add 'Employ a solicitor with no experience of running a Company as our CEO' (Byrne)
MSD have been linked with Toulouse this morning. French paper talk which I'm sure @Smug in Boots will agree is just as bad as ours, and even if they bought it I'm not sure it would have much or any impact on us.
People saying we ‘couldn’t spend £3million on DD’ need to remember we paid Titus Bramble £40k week. We can do anything that’s a ****ing joke at our club. If they handed out trophies for being ****ing clueless we’d have won 8 Champions Leagues.
Could be a positive, could be looking at the City/PSG/Liverpool route of multiple sporting clubs. Toulouse are about to go busy so it’s interesting that they’ve been linked there.
No mate I think there's a huge difference because none of the Big 4 would charge anywhere near it, it's an objective fact that it should cost at most a third of that at the absolute top end and these aren't opinions based on guesswork, I literally am sitting 10 feet away from someone who sets these fees And it wasn't our club paying it, so we can't blame the SAFC bad luck.
Looking like are season is over, hopefully now The will be a clear price for the club and things can get moving for takeover
No not at all......there will be no extended play offs if the seasons not finished, we need the 51% vote for the season to finish...thee will be no more than a 4 team play off I would say we are in league 1 next season
My reading was that the 51% applies to ending WITH extended playoffs. See what comes out, let’s be honest we don’t deserve to go up.
Normal play-offs only in any situation https://www.efl.com/news/2020/may/efl-statement-coronavirus-update2/
We dont but I would take it. We would then virtually need a brand new team again as I think 3 possibly 4 are good enough for the next level.
No final vote until next week now.......the wait goes on.. Moose on Talksport reckons 60% of clubs originally voted to finish the season now so thats us still in League 1 next season up to now
Unfortunately not 4. The Board considers that the majority required to curtail the 2019/20 season in any division should be 51%. Determining whether or not to curtail the season is a decision for each division to take. Looks like another season in this ****y league Really need some movement on a takeover. Just can't see us going anywhere but backwards under this lot. I include the manager in that. Depressing times indeed when we can't even make the playoffs in League one.
