You're misinterpreting the notion of expecting points. A side we expect to be able to get points, i.e a winnable game. Not suggesting we were favourites. Sure but you were saying it was close to a free hit when it was anything but. It was vital we won that.

Maybe but i just dont believe it. Yes they'd want allams at the table but then they'd play politics. Hopefully new owners will buy us for 100 million, pay for a new 10 million state of the art training ground, then buy the KCOM-even though its not for sale- for 20 million and then they'll. Err why would anyone do all that? With what return?
I am sure if the Allams had been more open to have found a compromise with HCC over the stadium, they would probably have been able to buy it. But their usual hard nose approach to things, whereby people have to kowtow to them, meant nothing happened. I am sure if a new owner had a better approach with HCC, then something could be thrashed out.
