    I'm not convinced that McCann will switch back to Ingram even if there is a mistake. Just look at what didn't happen last season.

    We have 2 excellent RB's.
    We have 2 average keepers.

    'One Long pong'...isn't a George Long gaff. It's what locals call Stoneferry.

    But you said “he couldn’t command a toy box, let alone a penalty box”. It sounded like you were stating that as fact.

    Both keepers are way better then average L1 keepers. Ingram is the better of the 2, but neither are "average" for the level we are at

    Totally agree. I also think that while Long may have had his issues last season, at present his form is good and he is worthy of his place - as would Ingram be.

    Sorry but there was a ten minute period in our game against A.S.where Long was poor .. and tbf it was the only real.amount of pressure they had all game .. he dropped two crosses kicked one out of touch and whoever claims he commands his box is having a laugh. He regularly gets caught out trying to command it flaps and puts the defence under pressure .. its blatantly obvious for anyone watching that defence seem more at ease with Ingram .. and he does command his box without the colly wobbles going on. I know its all about opinions but dear gawd this is one of the more obvious.

    [QUOTE="HullPhil,

    Ingram stays on his line too much, reminds me of Tony Norman.... Subbuteo![/QUOTE]
    He'll be compared to lesser City keepers, but very few better.
