Must be a fantastic occasion for Tymon… first home game against Arsenal… (Is that right?!).. in him we might have a ready made replacement for Robertson if the offers come along. With the pressure Wenger is under I wonder what sort of team he will put out. They have WBA at home on the Saturday and Barcelona the following Wednesday.. OR.. will Wenger stick two fingers up at the press and believe he can get a result with some fringe players and some first team squad on the bench.
As you say, it should be a great night and as such the result shouldn't really matter. Unless we are winning 1-0 with 5 to go and then it really matters..<laugh>

    Tymon and Powell to start.

Half strength team for us which will impact my forecast.

    3-0 to us. Nailed on.

Powell needs to start, he did enough when he came on last week to warrant a start on Tuesday. He had his Maccy D fix last Monday, hopefully he'll hold off tomorrow.

    Jak

    H Davies Bruce

    Elmo Meyler Livermore Maloney Tymon

    Powell

    Diomandé

There's word about...if the Arse don't beat Hull City on Tuesday, Wenger will be on his way

Dunno how true or how imagined/manufactured that is.

    Don't care.

The pressure is all on them.

I don't think Tuesday's result will have any bearing at all on Wenger's position.

OK - but there is more pressure for them. I reckon.

<ok> AND it doesn't matter about Wenger, cos it's just part of the atmosphere.

I think he'll play a strong team, they'll walk it. 3-1. We take the lead, they turn it round.

I don't care whether we win or lose this game. If our second string can pull it off then great, our fringe players will get another run out against good opposition.

    If we lose. Meh...

Huddlestone might get another start in this one after his shortened role last time.

    Jak
    Elmo Maggy Little Bruce Tymon
    Maloney Huddlestone Meyler Taylor
    Powell

I won't be surprised to see us line up slightly stronger. Arsenal are wobbling a bit lately and could be a great chance.

Bruce tried to contain Arsenal for 70-75 minutes at the Emirates before finally attacking more after that. We could see a similar tactic this time depending on what type of Arsenal turns up.

One thing for sure, we've got a job to do too as fans!

Off the top of my head it was indeed. April 2nd, 1-0. Stevens was the goal scorer. Only 8,000 at the game.

Taken from site or other, this will be like Arsenals 11 apparently..

Arsenal starting XI: Ospina, Chambers, Mertesacker, Gabriel, Gibbs, Flamini, Elneny, Campbell, Iwobi, Walcott, Giroud

    Mertesacker is slow.

A lot of youth in the attacking third.
