Heard the same and Burnsy mentioned it on the radio on Saturday before the game.

 

Funny how it seems to have just been ignored/forgotten. It was hardly likely to be just a phone call for a catch up and how's the family etc! I was expecting some kind of burnsy "exclusive" this week

It seems to me that whilst contracted he very much did toe the line when his contract was up he felt unable to continue in that fashion.

 

I liked Nigel as a manager. I just think he was polar opposite to McCann in terms of personality. Nigel was less likely to upset the Apple cart. McCann on the other hand
