Huw Jenkins OBE (born 9 March 1963) a Welshman principally known for being chairman of football club Swansea City, currently playing in the Premier League. Jenkins was born and grew up in the village of Skewen, near Neath, Wales. Jenkins is Chairman, shareholder, and chief executive of Swansea City A.F.C. Being part of the consortium that "ousted" then-owner Tony Petty and with the backing of the Swansea City's Supporters Trust, he was appointed chairman in January 2002, a position that he took, as he states, because, "I was the dullest one." a humble statement indeed, but has there ever been a better chairman, or even a better time period than under his astute oversight? During his chairmanship, the club's finances turned to a healthy profitable state and the club progressed on through to the Premier League. In 2013, Swansea City won the League Cup. It was the first time the League Cup had been won by a non-English club. In 2012, Jenkins was awarded a Honorary Doctor of Laws degree (LLD) by Swansea University, "in recognition of his lifelong contribution to football and for his role in taking the Swans through to the Premier League." On the 13th of June 2015 it was announced that Huw Jenkins had been awarded an OBE for services to Welsh football. Swansea City can be truly grateful for this humble Skewen boy who's love for the game and club has served us so well, may he continue to prosper in health and achievements with the club that he and we all love so much, congratulations Huw on a job well done, you are a Swansea legend Sir.

It is not Swansea though it is yankee united and i dont think he wants to be a part of what they are doing and going to do......
He wants to be part of it for as long as they're dull enough to pay him half million a year , not bad money for watching the decline of the Club
I'm not so sure about that. He can see the way we are going and he is powerless to do anything about it.....His body language tells me he is not comfortable with the situation ....I think he will quit and sell his shares to the highest bidder....
