The Saudi Government has made it legal for women to drive motorcars without fear of imprisonment, I guess you didn't know but that makes it topical.
A step in the right direction from the Saudis in my opinion, but where does this leave transexuals that identify as women?

Quite right. Also, I would imagine it would impair your all round vision so it's not a particularly safe thing to wear when driving. Unless your intent is to drive into pedestrians in which case it doesn't matter much.
