Kevin Bond has left the club. I would like to wish him all the very best for the future

 

Barton was saying we have too many 1st team coaches and only allowed so many on the bench so it meant Bond was in the stands every game giving his feedback to the bench from a different view. Barton seems gutted to let Bond go but felt he didn't have a choice and Bond understood and accepted it really well.

 

Sylvester Jasper has returned to Fulham, thought he looked quite useful but his lack of minutes made him want to return to his parent club, can't see that helping us in the future as far as Fulham are concerned

 

There seems to be a little bit more to it than that - Jasper himself tweeted that it wasn't the main reason.

Reading between the lines after hearing what Barton had to say about it, it seems that he wasn't happy with the lack of game time, became further disappointed when Sinclair came in and put his views about the situation in terms that Barton and the club found unacceptable and disrespectful.

I don't know this for sure, but I'm glad that Barton acted decisively because we seem to have a very positive and united changing room at the mo - no point in disrupting it for an unhappy loanee.

 

Not related to our in's and out's but Yeovil manager Chris Hargreaves has been sacked.

Jerry Lawrence has signed for Salisbury on a months loan, Salisbury Are manged by former academy manager Brian Dutton. Lawrence recently signed his first professional contract with Rovers

 

Not us but Ashton United have made a formal bid to Sign Erling Haaland on loan until the end of the World cup, Man City have not yet responded or if they have it has not been made public knowledge. Ashton United state that he would be fitter playing for them than playing golf for the same period.

 

Can you imagine if this was accepted then he breaks his leg in his first game!

 

I just loved the cheek of it CJS, but I haven't seen that the request has been refused. They wouldn't have let him play in the last match as he would then have been cup tied

JB sys he wants 6 or 7 new signings this window and wants to move Zain Westbrooke on but there doesn't appear to much interest in him, they have also sent a final contract offer to Scott Sinclair
