Yeah, why has he not done that ?? Surely the second most eagerly awaited thing here after each PL week (behind the latest ArsenalFanTV clips) .
It's an underground work, Archie. Not many copies are known to exist. They can change hands for untold sums. With the knowledge gleaned from this volume, you will become heir to powers beyond the comprehension of ordinary men.
It's called running a club properly. Wouldn't want to do a Southampton and go into administration, would we?
That isn't supported by the evidence, though. Levy has, over the years, spent a lot of money on signings. Yes, he will usually insist that it be done out of sales, but the fact nonetheless remains that he has never been too shy to spend money. You shouldn't believe all of the bollocks that you are fed by other (ignorant) fans, Libby. Levy's problem - if, indeed, it is a problem - is that he hasn't (until recently) been prepared to spend the money on wages to keep the decent players at our club. I choose to believe that he has changed his mind, on that score.
Too easy PNP... you're better than that mate As for that, wouldn't change it for the world looking backe, and arguably we're one of the best run clubs in the country now
I wouldn't change it, either. We got Bale for £5m plus add-ons, then bought the add-ons for £2m! Tommy Forecast was totally worth £25m, though. Top keeper.
Tommy ****ing Forecast **** Poch, Hoddle, Toby, Vic etc. That, I will NEVER forgive you lot for That sell on would have been lovely too!
What about Pool? They nicked half your team. Well and truly overpaid for most of them, so that softens the blow a bit.
True, but in turn they've funded large parts of the team that meant I went to the San Siro this season
Hey, at least we don't insult you, like Guardiola: "Look how strong Chelsea and Tottenham are at home." "If you want to win the Premier League, you have to win at home to Middlesbrough and Southampton."
Getting spanked by Leicester probably didn't help his cause either... still a lot to learn about this league. Funnily enough we've got Chelsea away up next...
No, you really wouldn't. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Although the years since then have been among the best of my Saints supporting life. So it's an ill wind and all that.
I think he's used to being in charge of a team that's easily the best in the division. City are clearly very, very good, but there's not a massive gap between them and a handful of other sides at the top. Every game's a fight and you can't ease off or you get punished. Good luck at Stamford Bridge. Hopefully your team still feel that there's something to play for. You're safe now and I'm sure Puel would like to finish as high as possible, but summer holiday syndrome might set in.
