He's just announced it on his Twitter page. One month loan by the sound of it. Attacking midfielder who scored 1 in 12 for Stockport last season, and featured at the Greenhous in April. Sounds a good piece of business
if this is true he is an excellent player, just think he might be bullied a bit in this division, but will bring a breath of fresh air to our midfield and will have bundles of energy, hes more of a holding midfielder too so he might bring more players into the game and create more space for other team members!!
Captained Stockport towards the end of the season - at 19 and on loan! I know they were struggling but that says a lot about his maturity. Look forward to seeing him - when we finally get another home game (only 2 to go before 2012)!!!
On loan from Everton, he signed a one year deal in May with them. Rumoured to have been an interest of GTs back at the end of the season.
welcome to town's 3rd international. james wallace is an england u20 international, he may be most useful
a view of one stockport fan (found via shrewschat) about our new loan signing http://www.thefootballforum.net/index.php?/topic/206914-shrewsbury-fans/
there is no doubt he is one to watch for in the future, pity we havent got him until the end of ther season though!
if he does well, everton may want him back. if he is playing on saturday he could be a matchwinner. it is too late for me to change my predicted score of 0-0, but our man wallace might assist in 2 goals for shrews
he's a brilliant player. this is a very unfortunate incident, don't write him off!!....we haven't seen anything yet..
Seconded. We sure as hell won't get it overturned, so Turner should get another month and if he's any sort of athlete they guy'll work doubly hard to force his way into the team and make up for it. Just hope the morons don't get on his back (none of them will have been at the game anyway)
I'm sure he'll play for us again. Turner was after him in the summer and the guy's pedigree is excellent. Can't believe we'd bin that because of one rash tackle and one excessively harsh refereeing decision.
