Do you think he'll want to play in League One next season?.............. https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2023/02/...ery-decision-on-philogene-after-cardiff-loan/
I'm not sure that we are the right fit whichever division we are in. He is evidently a talented lad with the ball at his feet and seems to work hard. However, given the squad we have, I don't see how we get the best out of him. Similarly, given where he is in his development, I don't see how he can control games to get the best out of the rest of the team. This is a team game, and at present we aren't functioning as a team. Looking to next season, its a few more seasoned pros like O'Dowda, Wintle, NG and Kipre we need playing in a team structure. We've heard the 'need time to gel' phrase rolled out often. But to gel as a team there needs to be clear guidance as to how we are going to play and the roles of individuals within that framework. The balance isn't right for me. Too many players who can show flashes but aren't functioning within a team. So to the question. No. I don't think either of us are in the right place to make it work.
Spot on remote. Don't know whether the side out there are on AM, FM or VHF, but "not on the same wavelength" seems to sum it up.
Well done sir. I was beginning to think that amid all the footballing doom and gloom, we'd lost our sense of Pythonism
Now if you want to get technical about it https://eflanalysis.com/analysis/co...ship-2022-23-data-stats-analysis-scout-report
Here's the info on that plus news on injured players from last Saturday and Under 21's win v Millwall. https://www.walesonline.co.uk/sport...kCopy&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=sharebar If Peake can prove his fitness he can be a good addition for next season. Good luck to him.
