Loris Karius: "I don’t care what Gary Neville said. He was a manager for a short bit and now he is back to being an expert." please log in to view this image
Well, at least he's saved something. Joking aside, I hope that self-belief is genuine and not just bravado. We're going to need him to be strong and confident over the coming weeks.
All he has to do now is save a few shots and he's laughing (guess if he was being nasty G Nev could say Karius was a keeper for a short bit in Germany, now he has gone back to being a road cone )
As amusing as it was, I'd rather he be a hero on the field than off. I'm not ready to join those slating him yet (there have been defensive problems with those in front of him too) but he hasn't been great yet and needs to win his career back on the green grass of Anfield.
Gary Neville hits back at Loris Karius' claim he does not care what pundit says The Liverpool goalkeeper made claims in an exclusive interview with Sportsmail Karius was criticised after his mistake saw Liverpool lose 4-3 at Bournemouth German said Neville 'was a manager for a bit' and is 'back to being an expert' Neville issued sarcastic apology, referencing Jamie Carragher's comments http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...-Karius-right-failed-manager-hasn-t-clue.html
Perhaps Karius needs to earn his place back in the first team. 2 goals so far today that he perhaps could have saved. Neither really clangers but I feel like Migs, as bad as he can be, would have saved one or the other, if not both. Let's Karius play with reserves until he can settle.
