Oh dear. So we're lumbered with him for the rest of the season? Then it's the U23's for him presumably, if he can kick a ball.
Which is the pitfall with getting in loans. If the club that owns that player don't wish to recall him then you are stuck.
Almost funny if it wasn't us. Can't see us asking Brighton for more loans though. But this really does have the feeling of them splitting their sides laughing when we signed the papers. Out of interest, does anyone know what is wrong with him - and if we are stuck with him, can he at least go on the bench?
A number of our fans have said the same. It’s the price you pay when you take on other club’s palpably unfit players. This one has bitten us on the arse. Let’s just hope that we are only paying a small percentage of Kayal’s no doubt sizeable wages.
in other businesses he would be described as “not fit for purpose “ , he arrived broken and still is broken send the fuker back
Where has this been said? Brighton are a premier league club, it’s not like they need to save the small % of his wages we’re paying. Refusing our request is a shot in the foot for them (if true). Either there was no recall clause inserted into the loan deal we agreed with them or this is a nonsense rumour.
Was a great player even last season, thought it would’ve been a good deal when we signed him. Shame it didn’t work out but good that we were able to cancel and free up some wages
