I remember my mum used to ask me to tape things for her while she was at work, proper written instructions like. 6:30pm just press record, I've left it all set up so all I want you do is press the red record button. At 6:30 pm on the dot this time! Stop tape at 7pm and change channel on video to BBC 1 and press record. Stop tape at 7:30 and change the channel on the video to channel 4 and press record til 9pm, if you are watching any of them can you stop the tape on the adverts and make sure you remember to press record again! Fukin hated VHS myself
See this is what's so good about modern Internet porn. Dont have to **** about with all that story ****.
Do you remember the little tabs in them, snap it out to stop some one recording over it, or apply a bit of sticky tape to record.
I do but that was far too technical for my mum to let me go near I woulda got my arse whooped I do remember her apparently being really good at fixing snapped music tapes though, her mates we're always getting her to fix em, using nail varnish or some **** I can't remember what tbh Very surgical tbh
They're good for holidays too, usually I'd go places where we did things but a couple of times in my twenties the wife talked me into going on a beach holiday (dull af IMHO) and I probably read 10 books or more, easier with a Kindle of course.
Just finished One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. Need to order a few classics. Any decent recommendations?
Always end up recommending this at least once a year on here but The Sun Also Rises by Hemingway. Brilliant book. Some obvious ones - To Kill A Mocking Bird, Catcher in the Rye, Don't know why, I like the American classics more. Also bit ramdom... Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevski. Excellent book.
