Talksport reporting they have had a big scrap in training. Hopefully nowt really in it but I'm not feeling like we have carried the same team spirit through into this season yet.
No doubt that dinosaur Brazil thought it was a good thing and regaled everyone with tales of the 'good old days' when it was common place to knock the **** out of each other in training and then go for 10 pints afterwards.
Not a big deal if so, these things happen a lot more than people realise. No matter what the level of competition it does happen. Its natural. We are all different characters and throw a **** load of testosterone into the mix, you have a recipe for some aggression. It can be a very good thing too if people are not too precious and people are able to shake hands after and move on. Modern day footballers are bit more precious of course and looking at how they behave on the pitch, I think it would be fair to say there's a bit more pussy in them, so you have to be careful now. I'm sure some see it as unnecessary and think it can be avoided by discussing our feelings round a night fire singing kumbaya
I like that stuff like this happens. It shows emotion... and emotion is there because they care. As you say, it happens a lot at all clubs but at the moment everything at NUFC is magnified that little bit more.
https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/spo...5084627?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=twitter "Insider" viewpoint - whatever that means -but sounds like common place at the club tbh. Its the leaders who are passionate and vocal enough to shout at one another expressing their opinions to one another - fine by me.
Well it was an ankle injury. Judging Ritchie, and his treatment of Hazard last weekend, it wouldn't surprise if he was just raking his studs down Lascelles ankles, screaming a lot and pointing at places when the fight kicked off.
I really like Ritchie but wish Jamall had chinned him if as it would have the diame effect and he'd score 20 goals!
He needs to line the whole team up and chin every single one of them at the moment. He can start with Kenedy.
He wouldn't need to swing for Kenedy, just hold a fist out, he spins about that much, he'd just crash into it!
Maybe that's how the bonus payment deal was sorted ...................... Lascelles sticking one on Ashleys many, many chins.
