Morning all ... Ipswich will be tough on Saturday, another rough and tumble affair ... Warky's assessment is accurate, and he is right in saying Leeds will win it if they play at a high tempo ... thing is, McCarthy has built his team to be solid, and they will be ready to go toe to toe for 90 minutes ... think the team will be pretty much same as last Saturday due to extra-time against Burnley, but you never know with Tommy ... he is very astute, and if he senses something in training that makes him feel a change is necessary, he will do it we saw against Burton, who are no pushovers, how flair and high tempo can destroy a team of grafters ... if our boys move the ball around and drive into space like we know they can, then Ipswich are going to suffer ... Saiz will be key for us, and his movement is going to be a problem that McCarthy needs to solve ... haven't seen Ipswich this season, but Big Mick's teams are pretty predictable great to see Shaugnessy get a new four year deal, he is going to become a Leeds legend, get sold for £90m and end up trying to be a boxer at 38 ... seriously though, this lad is quality, and we have to thank Tommy for seeing him as a centre back ... he reminds me of a certain Paul Madeley, and if he can become anywhere near as good as that legend we will be smiling for years fcuk Millwall Radz is God
I think Ipswich are in a false position, from match reports their results and points total have flattered them. Still they picked up a win last week that might have restored a bit of confidence. It's a game we should be looking to win at home... If we don't put in a performance I will be a tadge concerned, as we need to show we can handle sides of an agricultural nature, and they don't call them the tractor boys for nothing.

I think Ipswich will be a stubborn nut to crack, but crack it we will. We have different players in mids and upfront to last season, and TC has us playing good attacking football which is why we're sitting in first position.. Wall was a wake up game for us, TBH, it probably came at the right time, better in early stages and not later in season to bring the lads back down to earth and realise what type of teams are in championship. The lads bounced back against Burnley, even though it was our second 11 first team players. Still not impressed with Grot, has a lot to learn, and I think BJ may have played his last game for Leeds; I suspect Berardi will be back at LB against Ipswich now he's fully recovered. If we score early then I think we'll be after the Jugular from then on in, it may well take the wind out of Ipswich's sails, however, Ipswich can play stubborn, and stubborn they may well be if they've watched the Wall game but, their mistake could be our rise in confidence and spirits after the Burnley win. Leeds by 2 for me....
Yeah I was thinking that the other day. Desperate times. I miss the 'Aidy White deserves another chance' articles that seemed to feature on all boards for what seems like years - always boiled down to: he may be crap but he's fast and once scored a good goal
Expecting a bit of a scrap to start with, but believe we now have valuable experience to over come this. Muck Spreaders will come for a draw, then hope to nick one. However we have goals in our squad, Leeds by 2 if we win the scrap could even be three. Off on Jolly's Sat and don't know what tinternet Conection will be like, so I'll have to leave positive vibes up to you guy's. Must win game for me. Cardiff game would settle for a draw, if we win I may well apply to join the happy clappy club.
