    How can we go from the Burnley performance to that today within 2 days!?!

    Great performance from the lads considering the circumstances. Battled and worked their socks off.

    That's the Sunderland I know and love!!

    Great point today and a performance to be proud of, so I hear anyway I didn't see any of it. I think any other side with our squad quality and injuries would be rock bottom so there's clearly something good going on at the club.

    @Santa Tel quiet game for Defoe today, just the two goals.

    It looks like it will be a major scrap between 4 or 5 clubs right up to the last 3 or 4 games what do you think?

    I would love Brighton to win it and the mags to lose at Wembley in the play offs that would get me cracking the Champagne <laugh>

    Great result but the table looks ominous, we really needed three points from the last nine, with Man U.(A) Burnley (A) and Liverpool (H) it was always going to be tough. But the hope is still there, just, and miracles do happen a third penalty should and would have made all the difference, but so would a professional showing against Burnley a couple of days ago and this result would have been icing on the cake.

    Can I also just say that I thought Jack Rodwell had a good game for us today. Certainly one of his better games IMO.

    Also say how much of an easy target he's become. Majority of people sat round me today couldn't wait to have a go at him.
